Dr. Elsner grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. She received her BS degree in Life Science from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
After graduation, she completed an Oral Medicine and Hospital General Dentistry Fellows Program through the VA Maryland Health Care System. She completed her endodontic specialist residency training at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Elsner is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontists. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
